Muesli is one of my favorite breakfast foods. It has been a favorite of mine ever since I discovered it during one of my visits at Healthy Options. Today I’m going to share how I prepare my muesli.

Quinoa, pronounced as keen-wa, is one of the many superfoods out there. What I like about quinoa is that it is rich in nutrients such as protein (complete protein), iron, fiber, and magnesium. It is a great replacement for white rice and it is gluten-free.
As much as I’d like to eat anything without counting calories (not that I’m counting calories,) I know that I’m not getting any younger anymore. So I’ve started eating healthy again.
