As much as I’d like to eat anything without counting calories (not that I’m counting calories,) I know that I’m not getting any younger anymore. So I’ve started eating healthy again.
WebMD states that apple cider vinegar lowers glucose levels for people with diabetes, lowers cholesterol, kills cancer cells or slows growth of cancer cells, and aids in weight loss.
I recently bought Heinz Apple Cider Vinegar for me to drink every morning. I mix a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar with a glass of water or juice like Tipco Mixed Veggie & Mixed Fruit Juice.
So what is apple cider vinegar? According to WebMD, apple cider vinegar comes from pulverized apples that goes through fermentation. “This is a process in which sugars in a food are broken down by bacteria and yeast.”

Aside from drinking apple cider vinegar, I also started making salad at home for my dinner at the office. I usually only eat salad for dinner. Sometimes I pair it with viand but I surely don’t eat rice for dinner anymore (except during cheat days.)

I also drink this lemon cucumber water at work.
Lemon and cucumber is known for alkalizing water which cleanses toxins from the body. I find that I drink more water when I add lemon and cucumber to it.
