If you’ve read my post last Friday about Snack Shack, you know that the first time I went to Snack Shack it was closed. Since Snack Shack was closed we walked all the way down J.P. Laurel St. and found somewhere to eat. We found this cool looking place called Endless Summer Cafe.
Endless Summer Cafe is one of the well decorated places to eat at J.P. Laurel St. which is why we got drawn to eat there. The place makes you want to go hit the beach asap.
Looking at their menu, you’d see budget friendly meals which is a must if you’re located in the vicinity of a school like UP Diliman.
We asked the waiter what there best seller was and he said their best sellers are Garlic Chicken and Buffalo Wings. So most of us ordered Garlic Chicken. As we were ordering, I noticed that the waiter is entering our orders in a tablet which is so cool don’t you think? After ordering the waiter gave us this laminated card with the number 1.
The card describes the Mavericks surf spot in Northern California. I find this to be cool since you’re learning something new while waiting for your food.
Here’s a picture of Krisella, Dang, Justin, and I while waiting for our food.
After about 10-15 minutes, our orders arrived. The plating is not the best I’ve seen but the taste is a different story. Just by the look of it you’d say that it’s just an ordinary chicken. There are no garlic bits on top of the chicken but once you taste it you’ll definitely taste the garlic. What’s amazing is that the garlic taste is not just in the chicken skin but also in the meat itself. I love garlic so I loved this chicken right away. This order also came with a cucumber salad which I didn’t get to take a picture of.
If you’re tired of the usual chicken try Endless Summer Cafe’s Garlic Chicken. At only P69, you’ll surely get your money’s worth.
